features work modules for 165 people with 80 additional seats. The hall's decorative centerpiece, "El hombre innumerable de los Andes" by Boanerges Mideros, pays homage to the institution as a receptacle of diversity. One can admire Patricio
Leon's 5 stained glass windows inspired by Andean flags.
