Centro Cultural Itchimbía

This cultural center located on Itchimbía Hill was created as an events venue, which,thanks to its architectural features and privileged location, has become an urbanicon. In only a few years time, Quito residents baptized the construction “Crystal Palace” (Palacio de Cristal).

The entire façade is a veritable landmark of important aesthetic and historic value, as it was once part of Santa Clara  market, constructed in the Historic Center in the early 20th century.
