The building of the Old Military Circle gathers the neoclassical style that prevailed at the time and, together with other buildings of the same line, lay the foundations of a new type of architecture that suppeoted the beautication of the city of Quito. In this building, the Defense Library, the Defense Museum Management and the National Academy of Military History work, it is a property destined for academic, cultural and protocol events and events of the public sector for free.
